Chances are, you’ve already searched for answers to your questions about leadership. Maybe you’ve attended training sessions, read books, participated in a development program, or even tried to implement the (sometimes contradictory) wisdom of leaders in your organization.

The endless stream of leadership advice, models, and approaches is overwhelming.

To whom do you listen?

What piece of advice do you take to heart?

What do you do next?

I am Dr. Lisa Graham, an organizational psychologist who helps clients develop their own unique approach to leading.

I believe that there is no perfect leadership model and no ideal career trajectory. If you look primarily to external sources to tell you how to lead, you will struggle as you progress in your career and challenges become more novel and complex. The only guaranteed way to become a more effective version of yourself is to develop an internal voice that filters the noise, adjusts to each situation, and helps you lead in a way that feels authentic.
